2. Refund Policy
Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
Work in Progress: If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the work completed.
Completed Projects: Once a project is delivered and accepted, refunds will not be provided.
3. Replacement Policy
If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or contains defects, AppShakti will correct the issues at no additional cost.
Replacements or modifications will be provided within the scope of the original project and timeline.
Any new feature requests or changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
4. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Changes requested after project acceptance.
Failure to provide required information or approvals on time by the client.
Issues caused by third-party software, tools, or hosting not managed by AppShakti.
